Effective Jul. 1, 2024, all applicable Medical Policies and Medical Benefit Drug Policies have been updated to reflect the quarterly Current Procedural Terminology (CPT®) and Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) code additions, revisions, and deletions.
