The problem I have is not with CIOX so much as CIGNA. We will get two request (at different times) on the same patient from CIOX, because CIGNA is requesting the medical records from different departments. Something needs to change on CIGNA’s end to fix this problem.

The only issue was a couple of weeks ago they asked for 32 medical records. That is costly and time consuming. All Blue Cross patients.
